No. We are a Singapore law practice offering advisory, drafting and dispute support under a signed letter of engagement. The .life TLD is branding only — this is not lifestyle, wellness or coaching. We do not run a law course, do not sell a legal-tech subscription, do not guarantee case outcomes, and do not run debt-collection or claims-farming schemes. “Law” means legal practice. We collect high-level facts only until a conflict check clears and a letter of engagement is signed. Client care includes confirming who will attend and what documents to bring after engagement.

Scope of work, urgency, document volume, number of parties, and whether dispute resolution or litigation support is required. Corporate advisory and commercial contract drafting differ from wills and probate or employment advisory. Figures on the services page are fee estimate ranges in S$ only — not fixed packages. We revise estimates when scope changes.

A conflict check confirms we can act without conflicting duties. A letter of engagement records parties, scope of work, fees, confidentiality and jurisdiction under Singapore law. Until both exist, browsing or emailing does not create a solicitor–client relationship. Retainer arrangements use the same documents with a longer horizon.

Confidentiality is part of professional duty once engaged. Enquiry data on this site is handled under our Privacy Notice and the PDPA. Do not send privileged or highly sensitive materials through the web form before formal engagement. Legal professional privilege may apply to certain communications after engagement — not to casual website messages.

Timelines depend on facts, counterparty behaviour and court or registry queues where relevant. Contract drafting may take days or weeks; dispute resolution can take much longer. We give ranges after scoping — never guarantees.

We do not guarantee outcomes, payouts or immigration results. We do not run law courses or academies as our offer. We do not sell legal-tech subscriptions. We do not farm accident claims or debt-collection leads. We do not pitch income schemes or lifestyle coaching. We do not practise outside the legal services we can properly scope under Singapore law.

Corporate advisory, commercial contract work, dispute resolution and litigation support, wills and probate, employment advisory, and private consultation or retainer enquiries. Conveyancing-related questions may arise inside estate or commercial files; we will say if a separate specialist is needed. Regulatory compliance questions are advisory under engagement, not a badge marketplace. Market Street and Raffles Place businesses are welcome; geography does not change the method.
